ISLAMABAD: A meeting presided by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to discuss matters related to the implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) is expected to be held next week, sources reported.
According to sources, PM Nawaz Sharif has decided to call chief ministers to the meeting to discuss NAP.
Earlier this week Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar had provided briefing on NAP.
According to reports he had said the points mentioned in NAP are a direct responsibility of the provinces. Implementation of NAP is the combined responsibility of the federal and provincial governments, he had said.
He had also said in the briefing that four points in NAP are related to the Interior Ministry and that PM Nawaz Sharif would require reports from the provinces related to NAP.
