KARACHI: Violent protests by MQM workers lead to traffic jams across the city on Monday during peak commute hours.
Residents of the city were frustrated as they were stuck in for several hours on the major arteries of the city.
Images of live traffic from Google maps showed that slow traffic due to blocked arteries leading out of Saddar town where the violent protests took place.
Latest images showed roads clogged with traffic at II Chundrigar Road, MR Kiyani Road, Club Road, Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan Road, MA Jinnah road, Abdullah Haron Road, and other main arteries leadingh out of the area.
