RAWALPINDI: The ISPR said on Saturday nine terrorists were killed by security forces in the Tirah Valley and Rajgal of the Khyber Agency.
Six terrorist hideouts were destroyed during an aerial and ground operation along with weapons and ammunition.
On Friday, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif visited troops engaged in operations the Pak-Afghan Border in Khyber Agency.
According to an ISRP statement, the COAS was given a detailed briefing by the operational commander on progress of operations and gains consolidated so far.
